We're searching for a new colleague with a strong customer service mindset and a genuine interest in digital marketing. About Adtraction
Adtraction is the leading marketing platform that helps brands across Europe increase their online sales. We do this by actively matching brands with the right partners to provide traffic and sales in exchange for commissions. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm, Sweden, and we are locally present in 12 countries.
Adtraction’s Finnish office was established in 2014. We have a local team of seven, and the office is located in central Helsinki, at Pohjoisesplanadi 35.
In Finland, we work with over 250 brands consisting of leading e-commerce stores and clients from the finance vertical.
The partner side of the business consists of eg. comparison sites, content sites, influencers, voucher sites and portals, loyalty clubs, cashback sites, emailers, mobile apps and technical partners.
Our job is to create, maintain and develop partnerships that are beneficial in both ways: we help our brands to increase their online sales with a commission based model, and we help our partners to monetize their traffic by promoting our high quality brands.
Your duties will include:
1. Managing smaller clients, with the aim of helping them grow
You will get to handle a portfolio of existing clients. You will handle the campaign maintenance tasks, support the brands in their needs, and work proactively with a goal of increasing their online sales. Big part of the job is done via email and in Adtraction’s platform, but some client meetings can be included too, remotely or face-to-face. Teamwork plays an important part in managing the clients.
2. Recruiting new potential partners, eg. influencers
You will be prospecting and contacting potential new partners, eg. influencers, with the aim of having them joining Adtraction's platform and starting to promote our brands.
3. Customer support and assisting the team
Support the partners and brands in their questions (Intercom support chat), and assist the team in various tasks when needed.
Skills & requirements
- Expected experience level: entry level or some relevant experience. The most important thing for us is to find the person who fits best into our team.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
- Interest towards digital marketing and influencer marketing
- A suitable higher education degree (graduated or in progress) is beneficial
- Fluent in Finnish with great English communication skills

Office policy
We are an office-first company: in the beginning you are expected to work in the office, later on one remote day per week is allowed (excluding Mondays and Fridays). Occasional exceptions can be made when life calls for it.
