Affiliate Publisher Manager
Build and grow publisher relationships, drive results, optimize performance, launch partnerships, and support campaigns to create long-term success for advertisers & publishers.
As a Publisher Manager, your job is all about building and growing relationships with our publishers - content creators, websites, and other publishers who promote Adtraction’s advertisers. You’ll understand their needs, answer questions, suggest ideas, and make sure that working with Adtraction brings real value to both sides.
You’ll also collaborate closely with other teams - especially our Account Managers to create long-term success for both publishers and advertisers.
Your responsibilities
🔷 Publisher acquisition & activation
You’ll find and invite new publishers to join Adtraction - not just to sign up, but to actively get involved and generate results.
🔷 Publishers care
You’ll build strong relationships, stay in touch, offer ideas and guidance, and make sure publishers feel valued - because they truly are.
🔷 Segment development
You’ll think about how we can do things better - from new ways of working with publishers to launching entirely new types of partnerships.
🔷 Performance optimization
You’ll track publishers activity, help improve their results, analyze data, and suggest what could work better.
🔷 Campaign management
You’ll run extra activities with publishers to support brand goals and deliver meaningful results.
🔷 Industry awareness
You’ll stay up to date with trends, technologies, and what’s happening in affiliate and performance marketing - and share that knowledge with publishers and the team.
🔷 Negotiations
You’ll handle partnership terms in a way that works for both sides - fair, thought-through, and built for long-term success.
Additional tasks
🔹 Plan and organize special activities for brands
🔹 Research what’s happening in the e-commerce and affiliate space
🔹 Collect publishers feedback and share it internally
🔹 Solve problems to keep campaigns running smoothly
🔹 Educate and inspire publishers with trends, news, and best practices
You might be a great fit if:
✔️ You have at least 3 years of experience working with publishers, in affiliate or performance marketing, large-scale e-commerce, or public relations.
✔️ You understand the e-commerce industry and what brands need from digital marketing
✔️ You’re great at building relationships
✔️ You can analyze and draw conclusions from data
✔️ You’re independent and proactive
✔️ You’re fluent in both Polish and English
