Are you a results-oriented salesperson who loves building relationships and identifying new business opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join Adtraction — helping leading brands and partners grow through performance-based marketing.

About the role
When you join Adtraction, you will become part of a team that combines creativity, collaboration, ambition and commercial drive. Every role plays a part in building strong, lasting relationships — with our clients, partners, and each other.
As part of our German team, you’ll play a key role in expanding Adtraction’s presence in the German market. In this sales manager role, you’ll identify and onboard new brands, build long-term partnerships, and drive growth for both Adtraction and our clients. While your main focus will be on sales, you’ll also take ownership of the accounts you bring on board and ensure their continued success. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Adtraction’s position as one of the leading partner marketing platforms in Europe.
What you’ll do
- Help create and carry out sales plans based on market trends and competitor insights.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support closing new deals.
- Support new client onboarding in the Adtraction system and manage the accounts you bring on board.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up on opportunities.
- Represent Adtraction at industry events and stay informed about market trends to help the team reach its goals.
What you bring
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have around 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, e-commerce, digital communication, or another customer-facing environment.
- Bonus if you have previous experience in affiliate/partner marketing
- You have great communication and relationship-building skills
- You have strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, track progress in CRM systems, and stay on top of follow-ups and deadlines.
- You have language skills – fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
