About the role
As an Influencer Manager at Adtraction in the Swedish E-commerce team, you will drive the full cycle of our creator partnerships, starting with influencer recruitment and onboarding. Your core responsibilities include creating and managing collaboration plans, as well as evaluating performance and reporting results. You will also provide essential support to both our influencers and the e-commerce team, continuously working to identify and implement new opportunities to enhance the overall effectiveness of our influencer activities.

Identify new opportunities in how to improve influencer collaborations
What you bring
You have a bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
You have 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience from an internship or part-time work within marketing/business/digital communication is highly desirable.
You have an understanding of the social media and influencer landscape – e.g., how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts are used for marketing, what drives engagement, and how different target audiences differ.
You know the campaign flow – know the basics of how a collaboration proceeds.
You have great communication and relationship-building skills – are able to write professional emails and follow up in a pleasant yet business-like manner.
You have organizational skills – are able to keep track of several collaborations simultaneously, plan deadlines, and maintain structure in e.g., Excel/Sheets or CRM systems.
You have language skills – fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
