Adtraction is looking for a dedicated and structured Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will ensure that our brands succeed with our platform while building long-term relationships with both brands and partners.

About Adtraction
Adtraction is a leading marketing platform that helps brands across Europe increase their online sales. We do this by actively matching brands with the right partners who generate traffic and sales in exchange for commission. Our headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden, and we have a local presence in 12 countries in Europe. Our Norwegian office is located in central Oslo.
In Norway, we work with more than 250 brands consisting of leading e-commerce stores and clients from the finance vertical. The partner side of the business consists of a broad range of partners – content sites, influencers, loyalty clubs, mobile apps and more technical partners to mention some.
Our job is to create, maintain and develop partnerships that are beneficial in both ways: we help our brands increase their online sales with a commission based model, and we help our partners to monetize their traffic by promoting our high quality brands.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of our Norwegian Ecommerce Team and work closely with colleagues to support a shared portfolio of brands. Your role will focus on helping advertisers and partners with campaign execution, optimization, and day-to-day support – always with the goal of driving performance and growth.
Collaboration is at the core of how we work. Rather than owning your own portfolio, you will contribute to the success of the team by supporting across accounts, assisting with projects, and ensuring that our brands receive the best possible experience on our platform.
Your responsibilities
You will get to handle a portfolio of existing clients dedicated to the Customer Success Team. This includes client onboarding, campaign setup and execution, support brands needs, and day-to-day optimization to ensure strong results
Provide customer and partner support via chat, email, and meetings – always aiming for quick and solution-oriented responses
Collaborate with colleagues on projects that improve the overall customer and partner experience
Monitor performance data together with the team and contribute with insights and ideas to drive growth
Help identify opportunities in the market and assist in onboarding new partners and advertisers
A big part of the job is prospecting and recruiting new potential partners and handle incoming brand leads, done via email and in Adtraction’s platform, but some client meetings can be included too, remotely or face-to-face
Your profile
Expected experience level is entry level or some relevant experience. The most important thing for us is to find the person who fits best into our team.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or similar
You have a genuine interest in digital marketing and partnerships supported by relevant experience or education
You are curious and eager to learn
You are proactive, structured and self-driven with a can-do attitude
You are a fast learner with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented approach
You thrive in building strong relationships and have excellent communication skills
You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects at once.
Fluent in Norwegian with great English communication skills
Relevant experience from working with brands, for example in sales, media bureau, account management or customer success is a plus
