Are you a results-driven and outgoing individual who thrives in social settings and has a talent for closing new deals? We're looking for a highly motivated Account Manager with a keen interest in new business acquisition and building strong, lasting relationships. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to hunt for new opportunities, this is the role for you.
About the role
As an Account Manager at Adtraction in the Swedish E-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing an existing brand portfolio and, equally important, driving new sales and business development. Your mission for this role is to identify and acquire new brands, turning fresh opportunities into long-term, valuable partnerships, while also nurturing existing ones.
Your responsibilities include:
- New business development and portfolio expansion.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing brands in your portfolio.
Identifying brand needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Conducting brand meetings, both physical and virtual.
Networking and representing Adtraction at industry events and meetups
Who we are looking for
We believe that you:
Are a curious team player with a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Have 2-3 years experience working with sales, preferably within affiliate, partner marketing, digital partnerships, or another MarTech product.
Have a bachelor’s degree or other relevant background
Have a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on new business.
Can easily identify and address client needs.
Are organized, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Feel comfortable and confident in social settings like meetings, industry events, and mingling.
