Adtraction is looking for a dedicated and structured Customer Success Manager to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will ensure that our brands succeed with our platform while building long-term relationships with both brands and partners.

About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of our Danish Ecommerce Team and work closely with colleagues to support a shared portfolio of brands and partners. Your role will focus on helping advertisers and partners with campaign execution, optimization, and day-to-day support – always with the goal of driving performance and growth.
Collaboration is at the core of how we work. Rather than owning your own portfolio, you will contribute to the success of the team by supporting across accounts, assisting with projects, and ensuring that our brands receive the best possible experience on our platform.
Your responsibilities
- Support our eCommerce Team in managing a shared portfolio of advertisers and partners.
- Assist with campaign setup, execution, and day-to-day optimization to ensure strong results.
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and meetings – always aiming for quick and solution-oriented responses.
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects that improve the overall customer and partner experience.
- Monitor performance data together with the team and contribute with insights and ideas to drive growth.
- Help identify opportunities in the market and assist in onboarding new partners and advertisers.
Your profile
- You are proactive, structured, and self-driven.
- You thrive in building strong relationships and have excellent communication skills.
- You have a genuine interest in digital marketing and partnerships, ideally supported by relevant experience or education.
- You have relevant experience working with brands, for example, in sales, account management, or customer success. Bonus points for affiliate-, partner- og influencer-experience.
- You are a fast learner with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
- You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects at once.
- You are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
