About the role
When you join Adtraction, you will become part of a team that combines creativity, collaboration, ambition and commercial drive. Every role plays a part in building strong, lasting relationships — with our clients, partners, and each other.
As part of the Adtraction Italy team, you’ll play a key role in helping brands scale their performance through smart partner marketing. By managing a dynamic program portfolio and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and partners, your work will directly contribute to driving revenue, unlocking new opportunities, and elevating our presence in the Italian market.
What you’ll do
Manage a varied portfolio of programs, maximising performance and accelerating growth for each account.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, improving expertise on industry trends and Adtraction solutions. Propose tailored strategies, including upselling advanced solutions when relevant.
Activate, onboard, and support partners to ensure a seamless fit between their needs and those of the client.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a similar role (Account Management, Business Development, Sales, CSM).
Solid understanding/relevant education of affiliate/digital marketing (commission models, tracking solutions, channel types, KPIs, policies, optimisation levers)
Native Italian speaker with fluent English (minimum B2, both spoken and written).
Strategic thinking with analytical skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Proactive, positive, quick learner, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
